Dr. Deshundra Antoine is originally from the small town of Chataignier, LA. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA. Following her undergraduate studies, her passion for healthcare led her to the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico where she completed her Doctorate of Optometry. She focuses on ocular diseases, contact lens fittings, comprehensive eye care, pediatric and geriatric care. Dr. Antoine is excited to call Port Arthur her new primary practice location and is enthusiastic about helping patients enhance their quality of life through excellent vision and health care. When not providing care for her patients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and enjoying a variety of cuisine.

Dr. Brian Ratcliff was born and raised in Lumberton, Texas and is a 2000 graduate of Lumberton High School. Following high school, he attended Brigham Young University where he studied biology. In order to pursue his calling to a field where he could help others, he decided to move to Puerto Rico where he attended the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. There, he receive his Doctorate of Optometry and gained invaluable hands-on experience. Dr. Ratcliff has been practicing optometry in Southeast Texas since 2014. Due to spending time in southern Mexico, he is fluent in conversational, as well as exam room Spanish. Dr. Ratcliff currently resides in Silsbee, Texas with his wife and 3 children. His hobbies include trail running and studying exotic animals.
